Jake Edmoundson grew up in Houston, Texas — a city that doesn't fit neatly into any genre, and neither does he. Country was the DNA, but the city injected something else: a modern restlessness, a hunger for hooks that hit hard and linger long after the song ends.
Now rooted in Lyons, Colorado, Jake writes and performs original songs that carry the weight of both worlds. There's the open-highway feeling of Texas country, and the crisp mountain clarity of the Front Range.
